I'm new to this site,I hope I can find some help here,Ive been looking EVERYWHERE,any type of help or advice is very much appreciated! My BF and I moved out of state in search of jobs,and he found a good job (or so we thought) but since then he has been laid off so we're struggling trying to live on unemployment and any side income we can rake in-and raise our son at the same time. Now we get news that my BFs mom isnt in the greatest of health and were asked if we could come spend sometime with her and help the other family members take care of her while she's ill,and to spend time with her just incase her health doesnt improve.We're struggling to make rent and keep food on the table though,we just CANT afford the gas money to travel there (400 miles approx.). I know this may not seem like a neccesity to many people and none of the social service organizations will help with gas money,but I was hoping to find some type of help online for my BF because we've lived out of state for 3 years and he hasnt gotten to spend much time with any of his family-and I would feel HORRIBLE if his mothers health would get any worse and he was unable to see her! Any ideas of where to turn to for help??
